First Aid and Medical Centre

First Aid

First aid care will be provided by staff of William Angliss Institute qualified in First Aid Level 2. Contact Main Reception on (03) 9606 2111 or Security on (03) 9606 3704 when a first aid officer is required.

There are a number of first aid kits and defibrillators located around the campus. The kits have signs featuring a white cross on a green background. Each kit contains a list of current first aid Level 2 staff members.

The Institute First Aid Room is located in The Lounge in Building C, Level 1

Medical Centre

The Medical Centre is located on Level 2 in Building C. It is open from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We offer a bulk-billing service to all William Angliss Institute students, children under 16 years and Concession card holders. International students with a valid OSHC card can also use this service with a gap fee. A practice fee may apply for all other patients or for consultation not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

A full range of medical services are offered at the Medical Centre, including pregnancy testing and advice, pap smears and contraception, pathology testing, health checks, dietary advice, referrals as well as sports and travel medicine.
