Harper’s Butchery Award

Harper’s Butchery Award was established in recognition of Ted Harper’s reputation for innovation and quality in retail butchery in Brisbane during the 1960s and 70s. Ted wishes to encourage high-achieving butchery apprentices to follow their passion in the trade of butchery through the family’s generous donation.

This scholarship is awarded to domestic meat processing apprentices (continuing or completing), based on merit.

VALUE

One scholarship of up to $2,500 (AUD) will be available to students in Semesters 2. This is awarded to encourage students’ passion in the butchery industry by supporting their skill development, travel, living and other study related tools, resources or/and equipment expenses.
