Description
The online Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Refresher - ACT training is only available for people who have already completed the ACT approved Responsible Service of Alcohol FULL course. The RSA Refresher - ACT training is designed for those who require the training to remain compliant with the ACT Government legislation.
IMPORTANT:
To be eligible to undertake the RSA Refresher you must have completed the ACT approved Resposible Service of Alcohol (RSA) FULL Course.
You will be required to provide a copy of the certificate you obtained when you completed the ACT approved RSA full course.
DESCRIPTION:
This course applies to any staff working where alcohol is sold or served, including all types of hospitality, tourism and events venues, packaged liquor outlets and wineries, breweries and distilleries.
RSA training is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licences.
The training covers how to recognise and professionally deal with intoxicated customers and underage persons, creation of safe and social atmospheres at venues and an understanding of liquor licensing requirements of staff, enabling course participants to be industry ready and confident.
On successful completion of the RSA refresher training, you will receive your e-Certificate the next business day.
The RSA Refresher is valid for three years, then you need to complete another online RSA refresher course every 3 years and before the expiry date.
