Description

William Angliss Institute are offering a four class program that gives you compliance skills and knowledge to work in the hospitality industry.

This program covers beginners food and beverage service skills, coffee skills, food handler certificate and RSA certificates required for employment in hospitality.

Participants will be required to partake in hands on activities and skills sets and will gain practical experience in bar, café and restaurant settings, along with the required knowledge for future hospitality work.

The program includes:

Responsible Service of Alcohol  Food Handlers (Hopsitality Sector)  ABC of Espresso Making  Food & Beverage Service 

This course is recommended for the following:

For those who want basic hospitality skills Students of a discipline other than hospitality Others seeking basic skills to enter a hospitality workplace

Upon successful completion of the program you will be issued with the following certification:

Responsible Service of Alcohol (LCV)  Certificate and William Angliss statement of attainment (SITHFAB021) Food Handlers - Hospitality Sector accredited certificate (SITXFSA005) ABC of Espresso certificate of participation Food and Beverage Service certificate of participation
