Dr Kijung Choi, PhD, a Senior Lecturer of Resort and Hotel Management / International Hotel Leadership at William Angliss Institute, Australia. She has extensive teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate courses, specifically within the domains of tourism, hospitality, and hotel management. Her research delves into marketing, with a particular emphasis on the impact of technologies on hospitality and travel experiences, coupled with human resources management, employing both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Prior to academia, Dr Choi gained practical experience in the hotel industry and at Tourism Australia.
