What You Learn
Packed with hands-on workshops led by our foods and hospitality experts, you'll spend the day gaining practical cookery and patisserie skills and exploring native flavour profiles and culinary applications at our Indigenous Ingredient Showcase.
Prerequisites
All participants must be a minimum age of 16 years to join in kitchen activities and anyone under 17 requires parental supervision.Schedule
